I must thank you for the many Point2 Agents who discovered this site had been added to our syndications. We greatly appreciate your service.

I suspect that we will be doing much more international business, especially when you consider the current exchange rates. Housing inventories have peaked and prices have been reduced accordingly. I think that we may have hit the market bottom, and the only way to move is upward.

I do enjoy working on behalf of buyers who wish to purchase large multi-family and commercial properties. Apartment building construction is up 44%! Sales of existing apartment buildings are up, and the prices are still attractive. We just sold a 108-unit complex -- in two days! We will soon list a 180-unit and an 83-unit complex. We expect them to sell quickly as well. We have hit the bottom and the only way is up!

I hope to establish mutually beneficial business relationships with buyers from around the world. I have an exclusive group of new construction residential properties at discounts of 15% to 22% below market -- with prices beginning at $180,000 and running into the millions -- in addition to all of the properties listed on NLS and MLS.
